Movement

So, Friday night into the wee hours of Saturday morning I had a very realistic dream about feeling the baby move. Not too strange as I have many dreams about the little one, and most of the dreams I remember are incredibly realistic anyway. So, I told PB about it and we figured it had to have been a dream cause I didn't feel anything at all on Saturday. Then, Saturday night rolls around and while I was making dinner I started to feel a bit naseaus, and laid down. I realized that the little one was squirming it's way around in my belly the whole time and I was just beginning to realize it! I put PB's hand on my belly and at first he couldn't feel anything but a few tries later, with me pushing his hand on my belly and moving it in the right direction, he felt it too! The kid was taking after it's momma and being a little figity thing... didn't stop all night. So, trying to sleep on Saturday night was interesting to say the least - I was totally in awe of this new feeling, but I couldn't get used to the weird flutters constantly going on in my belly. I couldn't stop grinning like an idiot because it was the coolest feeling in the world.

I am so excited to begin feeling more of the baby, and I'm so happy that PB was able to experience this part as well. I know we are both looking forward to the upcoming ultrasound - 8 days and counting!
